The signing of documents for the state registration of a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur has become available using the mobile application „Goskey”, the press service of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation reports on Wednesday.
The agency launched the project jointly with the Federal Tax Service (FTS).
To receive the service, you must first prepare documents on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia through the State Online Business Registration service. „The generated package of documents can be signed without leaving home, using the Goskey mobile application. After signing in the Goskey application, the documents will be sent to the inspection automatically,” the message says.
When registering an individual entrepreneur and LLC with a standard charter, the result can be obtained within a day.
