INTERFAX.RU – The government increased by 1.5 times the size of the maximum loan under the preferential mortgage program for IT specialists: in million-plus regions, the amount was increased from 18 million to 30 million rubles, in the rest – from 9 million to 15 million rubles, reports Cabinet website.
This decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The amount of the state-subsidized loan remains at RUB 18 million and RUB 9 million, respectively, but can now be combined with an additional amount taken at a market or other subsidized rate.
„That is, if earlier, depending on the region, it was possible to take out only 18 million rubles or 9 million rubles on credit, and pay the rest with the help of a down payment, now the possibilities of buyers are expanding,” the message says.
In addition, the resolution adjusted the salary requirements for IT specialists who have access to preferential loans: from 150 thousand rubles per month before the deduction of personal income tax in million-plus cities (previously it was about million-plus regions) and at least 100 thousand rubles in other settlements .
