The requirement for Russian exporters to sell 50% of foreign exchange earnings has been canceled since June 10 – such a decision was made by a subcommittee of the government commission for monitoring foreign investment in Russia, the RF Ministry of Finance said.

„The decision concerns both raw and non-commodity exports and applies to export contracts in any foreign currency,” the statement said.
