Moscow. July 1. INTERFAX.RU – The shareholders of the NLMK group (the flagship asset of the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant) at the annual meeting on June 30 decided not to pay dividends for the fourth quarter of 2021, the company said.
In early June, the Board of Directors of NLMK canceled the decision made on February 2, 2022 regarding the amount of dividends for the fourth quarter of 2021 (12.18 rubles per share), and recommended that shareholders not pay dividends for this period, and also agreed with the recommendation of management not pay dividends for the first quarter of 2022.
